Yoga in the Garden with Sue

Relax and enjoy sensation and feeling in both movement and stillness. This workshop includes traditional Hatha and breath work, as well as more restorative therapeutic yoga and simple somatic movement practises. Suitable for beginners and yoga lovers. We will break between 1pm-1.30pm for a BYO lunch. Bring your own mat if you have one. Places limited. Booking essential through Eventbrite.
