Learn about the significance of the Spring Equinox and how it connects us to nature. Discover the ancient traditions and modern practices associated with this special time of year. This event will include hands-on activities\, discussions\, and a chance to connect with like-minded individuals. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to welcome the new season in a meaningful way! \nWe will come together to celebrate the awakening\, renewal and the balance of light and dark. Age 13+. Free. \nActivities include – A guided meditation round the fire\, a nature poetry writing session and we will end with a bring and share Spring lunch. \nWe are grateful to funding from the Love Norfolk Fund\, managed by the Norfolk Community Foundation. The programme aims to help you live more seasonally and strengthen your connections with nature and your local community.
