Volunteers met in the Community Garden at 2pm for a Health and Safety briefing, followed by a community litter pick of the West Pottergate area, including Paragon, Douro and Golding Places. On a cold day with snow flurries, it was a worthwhile bit of work.

At the end of January 2013 we were given permission by Norwich City Council to plant some fruit trees on a piece of grass in Golding Place, on the right at the top of Valentine Street.
Fran ordered four plum trees from Reads Nursery and we planted them on the afternoon of Sunday 24th February 2013.
The varieties we planted are: 'Cambridge Gage', 'River's Early Prolific', 'Opal' and 'Warwickshire Drooper'.
